The usual delivery time for the products with printing or embroidery ordered from us is approx. 1-2 weeks. The length of delivery time depends on the product, its quantity and printing technology. Special orders where the product is made from scratch in the factory may take a little longer. Products which we have in the storage can be delivered in as little as 1-2 days. The delivery time is always specified by us when placing the order.
You can view our products at our show room where we have a selection of our best-selling products. If we don’t have the sample of the product you’re interested in, we can order it. If you don’t have the time to visit us or you are located further and don’t plan to come to Tallinn, we can deliver the samples by courier or to a parcel machine.
We use various options for delivery: we can send the package with a courier, or to a Smartpost or Omniva parcel machine. You can also always visit our office to receive the goods yourself.
Payment can be made with a bank transfer on the basis of a provided invoice or order confirmation, or at the office when accepting goods and paying with cash.
If you didn’t find a suitable product from our product selection, you can browse our catalogues or contact our project manager, because the options we provide are much wider than the product selection displayed on our homepage. Our project manager helps you find the suitable product and can recommend the best method to apply a logo or a message to the product.
